Return & Refund Policy

At WishChamber, your satisfaction is our priority. We want you to love every product you receive. If something isn't quite right, we're here to help. Please review our return and refund policy below.

Return Eligibility

  • Returns are accepted within 7 days from the date of delivery.
  • Products must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags and original packaging intact.
  • Proof of purchase (order ID or invoice) is required for all returns.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for returns:

  • Products marked as Final Sale or Non-Returnable at the time of purchase.
  • Personalized or custom-made products.
  • Items that have been used, washed, or altered from their original condition.
  • Clearance or heavily discounted items.

How to Initiate a Return

  1. Email us at wishchambersupport@gmail.com with your order ID and the reason for return.
  2. We will review your request and send a return confirmation email with return instructions within 48 hours.
  3. Pack the product securely in its original packaging and send it to the address provided in the return confirmation email.

Return Shipping Defective or incorrect items: WishChamber will bear the return shipping cost. Change of mind: The customer is responsible for return shipping charges.

Refund ProcessOnce we receive and inspect the returned product, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.If a refund cannot be processed to the original payment method, store credit will be issued instead.

Exchanges We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you'd like a different product or variant, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order.

 

Damaged or Defective Products If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the product and packaging. We will arrange a free replacement or full refund.
