Order Processing Time
- Orders are processed within 1–2 business days from the date of order confirmation.
- Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Shipping Charges
- Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on the delivery location and order weight.
- We may offer free shipping on orders above a specified value — check the banner on our homepage for current offers.

Order Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email and SMS with a tracking link. You can track your order status through the link provided.
Shipping Across India
We currently ship to all serviceable pin codes across India. If your location is not serviceable, we will notify you and initiate a full refund.
International Shipping
At this time, we do not offer international shipping. We hope to expand our shipping capabilities in the future.
Damaged or Lost Shipments
If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving the package with photos of the damage. We will work with our courier partner to resolve the issue and arrange a replacement or refund.
